I’m Anna, for years I’ve struggled from a puffy face, especially after I ate (breakfast, lunch, dinner). So I usually tried to skip lunch to avoid looking like a chipmunk at work. Because chubby cheeks made me feel like my face is twice the size of my head, and that made very uncomfortable in front of others.
I’ve tried everything I can possible think of. Dieting, working out 4 times a week ( I still do), skipping meals, and not eating after 6 PM (for years). NOTHING HELPED!!! It helped a little, but the cheeks would come right back for whatever reason.
When I found out about the facial exercises I had to give it try. And the results speak for themselves, I mean just look at my picture. Those are some very very slim cheeks right??? And I never get a puffy face in the morning, after drinking, or after a nice meal.
This wasn’t a life and death situation for me, but it made me feel so uncomfortable that I had to do something about it. If you are suffering from face fat than I encourage you to try this program.
